Has anyone found a quiet jogging route in the area? I normally go on the jogging track in Dulwich park, but there are quite a lot of walkers on there and dogs and it's often hard to get 2 metres distance. I think it would help if they introduced some signage with the rules for joggers, dogs etc. In the meantime I'd love to know if people have found a quiet route?

I know the feeling very well, but it's a matter of routine. And with me, when I've managed to achieve a certain level of fitness, the fear of regressing is sufficient to motivate me to get out for a jog now and again (or to the gym in peace time).

must say- the concrete jungle is not very appealing but the air quality- except in Woodwarde Road- is better
