Reliable international courier?

I need to send an important document to China and want to make sure it gets to its intended recipient. Anyone know what courier company I could trust to do this? I can't remember who I used previously but the documents in that instance were lost.

I use FedEx, booked via Interparcel.com, when shipping to China. Their service has always been reliable.
