Help to post Email from Met Police Now sorted

Can somebody advise me how to post an Email I have received on here thanks Bob S

Best way is to copy & paste. Select text you wish to copy, right click and choose copy. Click into EDF post, right click again and choose paste and Bob's your uncle, so to speak.

Ah, tablets can be tricky. Will it give you the option if you click and hold to highlight text and copy that way?

Could you forward the email to someone who can do those things Bob?

On your Tablet open the email and Tap on the text.

You should see 2 Blue Tabs which you can position to capture the text.

Click on it again and you will see an option to SAVE.

Save it and then go to The EDF site where you will be able to post the saved text in your post.

Ok can now copy and paste in Email if somebody gives me an email add I can send it to them if they could then post on here.
