transfer of deeds

I have got my AP1/TR1 and two Id1's to change the register on the deeds to my house. but I'm finding them a little difficult to fill in. Also I meed a solicitor to witness the Id1's.I am adding my wife onto the deeds.

Does anybody know a solicitor that does this at a reasonable price?
