Airlines are closing down, Cancelling Flights, Grounding Aircraft and laying off Staff.

Staff are initially being asked to take Eight weeks unpaid leave.

Well there hasn't been bloody silence in my bedroom until a short while back, due to a bloody builder's radio.

I've noticed the difference over Underhill over the last few days. Every now and then I hear one, but generally very peaceful. Apparently pollution is greatly reduced over areas of the world which have enforced quarantines on their citizens as industry, cars etc. stand down. Even the water in Venice's canals is clean again according to La Stampa.

How wonderful to be able to hear birds singing and pigeons cooing from three gardens away, vastly preferable to the planes swinging by every other minute on their way to City Airport.

The occasional one very high up. No noise, but leaving an interesting trail :)
