OP - the way you and your daughter have been treated is terrible. This company are running activities for children - without taking their needs and feelings into consideration apparently. Disgusting. I mean obviously each child with such diagnosis if different - did you go in to much detail? The key point is that this is an educational establishment and they seem ill-prepared for children with special needs. That's pretty worrying. Are they registered with Ofsted?
