Hi,

We are in the process of refurbishing a 3 bedroom garden flat just off Peckham Rye. It has 3 bedrooms (one ensuite), a separate kitchen and living room and a garden. It has just been fully refurbished including new wooden box sash windows, new bathrooms and a new kitchen. It is currently being decorated. I will take photos and put it online as soon as that is finished.

The flat is the ground floor of a corner victorian house on Rye Road..

The rent will be around ?2200 per month. We will get it valued as soon as it is decorated.
