M&S shop disappointing

Anyone else notice how awful Lordship Lane M&S seems to be lately?

Permanently at least 2 self service tills not working, messy or empty shelves.

Yesterday someone had shoved a display of hand sanitisers (wonder why lol) at the point of entry to self service, thus making a small space even harder to navigate, well done.

It's quite obviously not a 'happy team' either!

Risible comment. Try having to shop in Lidl Peckham, where it feels like the last plane out of Saigon and the queues wrap around the shop because people are too thick to use the self service tills. M&S Lordship lane is a true cornucopia in comparison.

Yep, but some of the items in Lidl are far nicer and better value than M&S IMO.

i.e. jams, continental cooked meats, pasata etc. at Lidl are great quality and value
