After school Nanny wanted for end of March start

Hi we?re looking for after school childcare for our 7 hrs old boy.

We would need someone 4 afternoons per week on Mon, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays plus the occasional evening or weekend babysitting starting end of this month. You would be required to pick up our son from school, bring him home (15min walk), help with homework and play activities up to 6:30/7:00pm. We are based in West Dulwich.

  Many high streets have been taken over by charity shops. I can’t believe they’re paying full rent. I think landlords accept a low rent from a charity for a short term. Hopefully someone who actually knows will set me clear.

  I believe charity shops pay reduced business rates but the rent charged by a landlord is purely a commercial decision regardless of the type of tenants.

  If JoJo can't afford the increasing rent there (which was one of the reasons a staff member gave when I asked why they were closing), it's odd that a charity shop could - not doubting what you've been told, but it just doesn't make sense!
