Not 100% sure but I think charity shops do t pay corporation taxes .do t get charged vat on the goods they sell.also get between 60/70% rates reduction not sure about rents. -
I was sure I had replied to this, but I must have dreamed it! I googled Victus and Bibo and found a reference to them on this forum from years ago 😮

Many high streets have been taken over by charity shops. I can’t believe they’re paying full rent. I think landlords accept a low rent from a charity for a short term. Hopefully someone who actually knows will set me clear.
