- assist with keeping flat tidy (there is also a weekly cleaner)

- assist with things like changing light bulbs

- feed the cat & help maintain litter tray

- occasional personal assistance (e.g. dressing and eating)

In exchange you will have:

- a private 14.4 ft x 9.5 ft bedroom with a queen-sized Hypnos bed and a built-in closet

- a shared bathroom

- lovely shared kitchen and living space with skylights

- shared roof terrace

- free parking & bike storage

- electricity, water, heating, council tax, and Wi-Fi included

The market value for a room like this is ?1200 - ?1500 pcm.

The writer has had very good experiences sharing her flat in return for some assistance, with previous arrangements lasting from 6 months - two years.
