Bass12 Posted February 23, 2020 Share Posted February 23, 2020 Yoga to help lower blood pressureA recent episode of ?Trust me, I?m a Doctor? featured a piece about yoga as a way to help lower blood pressure:https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/articles/2ntR2hB4QtldQwHdJXjvGkR/is-yoga-as-good-for-me-as-aerobic-exerciseIn the study, the participants also experienced positive impact on their mental health (depression and anxiety).I am a qualified Viniyoga teacher (the style of yoga used in this study) and run local classes of no more that 5 students.I teach 2 classes at the Dulwich Chiropractic Clinic, Crystal Palace Road on Thursdays: 6:45 to 8pm and 8:15 to 9:30pm.The classes are ?10 (when a full term is paid in advance) or ?11.50 for drop in. I also offer taster sessions for new students for ?5.
