I'm thinking of applying for Planning Permission for attic conversion: complete removal of front to back sloping roof and replacing it with a flat roof. House next door has front to back raised flat roof with a roof garden.

I need a basic drawing/plan for PP submission. Basic because most builders didn't think I'd get permission.So cannot afford to spent lots.

* Can anyone help?

Also I read an article of a proposal (submitted to the Govt. Housing Dept) for automatic permission to be granted to neighbouring house if building next door already has raised roof. Stupidly I did not make a note of the proposer/s.

* Anyone know of this proposal?

      Meterorite in ED?!

      Earlier tonight, around 10pm (Monday 22 April), I saw a bright, small fireball come straight down from the sky and seemingly land in the near distance. I’d estimate it landed somewhere around Beauval Road/Lordship Lane/Goodrich/Landcroft Rd or thereabouts.  Googling meteorites I also discovered tonight was due to be the height of the Lyrid meteor shower over UK. Did anyone else see anything/capture it on door cams/ dash cams? Or better still find the meterorite?!

      I have the same issue i always get the text ftom NO REPLY. Maybe a glitch in system somewhere.
