Fed up with speeding in your road? Volunteer for Community Speed Watch (schedule for March attached). Volunteers team up with PCSO Kevin Phillips and a speedgun. The volunteer holds the gun and Kevin writes down numbers and makes and sends the details to TfL who send out admonishing letters. Anyone caught twice gets rougher treatment. Volunteers can suggest their own dates, times and locations. To join in email Kevin on [email protected]
