Lynne
Is it worth me complaining? I ask for advice. This morning, amongst the rubbish blown around next door's front garden where the wind had overturned their recycling bin, I saw a letter addressed to me. With a cheque in it, which makes it worse.I knocked on their door then, being a little cross, but no-on in.Now, after reflection, I think that anyone who can't be bothered to trudge the 6 or 7 yards to my door, won't be impressed by my complaining to themWhat do people think? Sue
Are you sure it had been in their recycling bin? Could the postie not have dropped it?ETA: Had the letter been opened? Lynne
Not opened, but over a month old which rules out the postman though, (of course) it would have helped if he'd put it through the right door to start with Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/248577-next-doorpost/#findComment-1402305 Share on other sites
seenbeen
complain to the Post Office. A postie once just chucked our mail including bank statements on to the front door mat. We complained and it didn't happen again. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/248577-next-doorpost/#findComment-1402374 Share on other sites
