giggirl
Hello,You may know that there was a fire on Monday in the basement at Peckham Levels. Thank God nobody was hurt and that's the main thing. However, the fire knocked out the electrics so the building has been closed all week. Fingers crossed it will re-open by Friday (14th Feb - Valentine's Day). This means that the businesses will have lost the best part of a week's trading by the time the building opens. That's a blow to small firms - they still have staff to pay and bills to pay.So maybe consider showing your support when the building re-opens to businesses that have had a pretty crappy week. Book a yoga class; get your hair cut; have a drink; something to eat; whatever. Check the website for an opening announcement (soon I hope). Go spread some love and spend some money.https://peckhamlevels.org/ Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/248563-peckham-levels-please-support-local-business/ Share on other sites
fishbiscuits
Or if you can't get out... "Nandine" and "Other Side Fried" are two of the best local Deliveroo options, both operating from the Levels.
