Recommendation for sports massage therapist - Andy Koval

I found Andy though recommendations on this forum, I see Andy on a regular basis as I teach pole fitness and need regular appointments for maintenance, Andy is truly amazing.

Andy is extremely knowledgeable and he treats your body as a whole instead of focusing on the one area you mentioned to him. He understands that the problem area also affects the surrounding muscles etc and works on them to release the tension.

Andy also gives me exercises to do at home to help to manage my aches and pains.

I always look forward to seeing Andy as I know I will feel much better after a treatment with him.
