To get a picture with the olympic torch?

Hello,

Is is possible for my kids to get a picture with the Olympic torch and its bearer?

My friends in Scotland and also at Harrow have posted pictures of them with the torch-torch bearer on their leg of the torch relay. I was hoping to do so on the 26th July, but found a lot of baricades in Peckham and the bearers were taken back into a bus/van as soon as they finished their 300m.

Are you going to Olympic Park for any events? Loads of tents there that give you the opportunity.

Yes, Loz is right. You can get a photo taken at the Olympic Park. I think thats your best bet!

Thank you Loz and drew for the details. The sad thing is that we are not able to get tickets to events in the Olympic park and so are not allowed in(though we have tickets to football at Manchester).
