another annie
Does anyone remember these, you used to be able to buy them from Veolia? They were like wooden 'drawers', and you could stack them one on top of the other. Got mine from the forum a few years ago and it's full of happy worms, but the wood is now falling to bits. I know there are lots of plastic ones available to buy, but just thought I'd see if anyone out there might still have some like these around that they don't want? Attached photo of 3 of mine in better daysThanks, Annie Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/247617-wooden-wormery/ Share on other sites

another annie
Thanks Jenny, like your sideways thinking, yes great idea and (hoorah!) using recycled items but there's a bit more to the wormery boxes than that (pierced raised platform inside to stop worms drowning in excess liquid, fitted lids, air vents etc), and woodwork's definitely not one of my skillsThanks, though!
