Selling our much-loved dining table & chairs to make space for new baby. ?120 ONO.

Dimensions L182cm x W98cm x H77cm. See photos.

Table condition has a well used/loved look.

Selling with 6 wooden chairs BUT note one chair is coming slightly loose and joints need to be hammered/glued back into place to stop the wobble! Free cushions optional (well used but comfy)

Would it be okay if I would use water-based polyurethane Minwax for it? I found one here ( url: https://www.wood-turned.com/best-finishes-for-wood-kitchen-table/ ), and it seems the best option from all others. And now I simply wonder would it bee okay for your type of furniture, or not. And if not, what polyurethane would you recommend?
