Stolen car check?

Is there any free way of checking if a car has been stolen? There's several in out street that haven't moved for weeks and all the sites I can find want paying before they'll check.

In short, no, there isn't. We have a similar problem. You can check if a car is taxed. If it is then there is nothing you can do unless the car is vandalised, flat tyres etc.
