red devil
I'm near the park, and my broadband went down for about 10 hours yesterday (approx 12-10pm).Rang them up about 9-30pm and they said 50% of modems in the area were down, and they said they were looking into it and that it should be resolved in the next 24 hours. Luckily my broadband returned about 20 mins after the call, not sure whether this was a direct result of my call or just a coincidence.During the call I asked for an adjustment to my bill, and they agreed to a ?5 discount of my next bill. You have to ask for this discount as they don't voluntarily offer it... keira_w
does anyone else have a problem with virgin internet? ours has been pants for about a month now - we foolishly upgraded to 30MB thinking that was the issue, but it is no better. it drops out, and when it does work it's incredibly slow!!!
