I am pleased to recommend our RIBA architect Green and Teggin, following completion of works to add an extra floor to our Victorian terrace, replacing a London / butterfly roof with a Mansard roof. Jacqueline was successful in getting planning permission for the extension despite many rejections for similar properties given local planning policy. She then oversaw the building works for the additional bedroom and bathroom; we are very happy with the final outcome. Please DM if you?d like a private reference for them.

  Alleyn park garden centre in west Dulwich have a lovely selection- they will deliver lovely family run independent business (got some super Xmas wreaths and table pieces also)
