Seeking an experienced Airbnb Co-host in Camberwell

We are going away from 10 Feb to 10 March and want to pay a local person to help out managing our airbnb while we are away. We have a local cleaning company, who take the linens to the local wash and dry, so the role will just involve: messaging with guests, checking up on the cleaners, dealing with any issues should they arise, finding a new cleaner if there is a last minute issue and generally just being helpful to the guests if needed. You will NOT have to meet and greet the guests.

There are likely to be four bookings with the following changeover dates:

Monday 10 Feb first clean and check in, afternoon 15th feb or morning 16th feb, afternoon 21 or morning 22 Feb, afternoon 27th feb or morning 28th feb, afternoon 3rd March or morning 4th march final changeover and check in.
