Wanted Short Term: Double room or 1 bed flat

Hello,

My husband and I will be doing renovations to our flat in Peckham from mid May/beg June for around 3 months and will need to move out for the duration. If anyone has a spare room or flat they are letting short term we would be interested in hearing more - even if it is only 1 month or the whole 3 months, we would be interested. Ideal location would be Peckham/East Dulwich/Nunhead so that we are close by for the work being done.

Also we have done house sitting for people who are on holiday before (can look after cats, walk dogs etc!) if that is another option.
