Site foreman / manager for large office / fitout

Hi,

I am looking for a site foreman/manager to manage commercial office refurbishment for me over the next 2/3 months. The building requires structural works and a full fit out. We have most builders and trade contractors in place, but I need a site foreman/manager to help me on a day to day basis. The role will be to manage all of the trade contractors and to report back to myself. I will be on-site every day but will focus more on getting the space ready for launch.

The site is in East Dulwich and the role is to start immediately.

  Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye are always Waterlogged over late Autumn and winter. Not sure why you need to point this out. Southwark put in drainage on one of the areas where football is played, this was working well. The issue is South London clay. Part of our back garden gets waterlogged too. There was also massive pools off water on the South Circus too

  The flood alleviation works are to help avoid floods in surrounding streets, not in the park/common. To store more water in the area which is already the most absorbent.

  Mine started making funny noises, I checked it outside and it was doing the same. just in case anyone is upgrading and can offload a functional one, I can contribute obviously
