Welders/bodyworker recommendation for car repairs

My 18 year old car has fallen victim to rust on the front drivers side wheel arch - where the mud flaps attach to the arch I now have a lovely hole about the size of a ?2 coin.

Looking for recommendations for good quality, reasonable, welders or bodyworkers to fix her up.

Anywhere in and around London and the South East.

Locally - you could try JS Coachworks, Forest Hill

But unless it's a very fancy car, surely even a cheap body shop would cost more than it's actually worth..
