'The Conservative Party manifesto stated that they would consult on introducing flexible working by default. Boris Johnson said that after speaking to many employers he is convinced that flexoble working is good for employees and good for business. We will not let Mr Johnson and the Conservative Party forget this statement and we intend to ensure they fulfill our campaign to make it a legal requirement for all job adverts to state flexible working options.
