I have been a member of East Dulwich Fusion-Lifestyle for 6 months approximately and they have been the most stressful months in any gym ever.

I joined the facility thinking this is my chance to get fit, but quite the opposite, I have been from disappointment to disappointment.

The staff are helpful in their own way, they apologised for the problems in hand, but instead of solving them the buck was passed to the next member in the hope that he or she knows how to sort things out.

The managers are very unhelpful and very unreliable in getting things done.

You are wondering what the problem was.I will tell you, the problem was that no one in the whole facility was able to arrange my direct debit to be claimed on time from my bank so I could go in the gym without been stopped at the gates and told my membership was not paid and my partner's account was debited several times twice and in one month 4 times.

The staff have promised to look into the problem but it has been 2 months without gym or solution.

    • Labour was right not to increase fuel duty - it's not just motorists it affects, but goods transport. Fuel goes up, inflation goes up. Inflation will go up now anyway, and growth will stagnate, because businesses will pass the employee NIC hikes onto customers.  I think farms should be exempt from the 20% IHT. I don't know any rich famers, only ones who work their fingers to the bone. But it's in their blood and taking that, often multi-generation, legacy out of the family is heart-breaking. Many work to such low yields, and yet they'll often still bring a lamb to the vet, even if the fees are more than the lamb's life (or death) is worth. Food security should be made a top priority in this country. And, even tho the tax is only for farms over £1m, that's probably not much when you add it all up. I think every incentive should be given to young people who want to take up the mantle.
