New plant-based cafe in Herne Hill

This is great news for all us vegans locally. There is a new cafe called Peachy Goat (?!) opening in the old Mimosa site on Half Moon Lane. It looks like a pair of brothers and a friend starting up. I can't wait for a decent choice of wholefood vegan dishes and nibbles. There is some info in this link from the Dulwich Estate.

  I hear it's going to replaced by William Bouguereau's 1850 Dante and Virgil in Hell, or Mattia Preti's Martyrdom of St Peter, circa 1660. That so called mural was blander than white rice on a jacket potato. With no butter. Get rid.

  Lunchtime at the path opposite Harris Boys school, there where two Thames Water vans parked on the path running through the park, close to the gates with Peckham ye Park dealing with the huge puddle that had formed on the grass. (same spot/area to the right of the path, where it's been forming for the last couple of years)
