veryseriousgirl
Peckham Rye cafe sounds great - near the wooden animals so that the toddler can run around? 10:00 works for us. notesink
Last time I just listened for American accents! I have short brown hair and will have a red bugaboo buggy with baby in tow and an almost 4 year old running around. I may recognize a few people, so lets just meet outside the cafe where the kids usually run around and I think we'll find each other :) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/24381-american-expat-moms/page/2/#findComment-576193 Share on other sites
Sacha76
Sounds great! I was actually going to say I would just listen for the accents. 😊 I have a black iCandy and long brown hair. Really looking forward to meeting everyone. Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/24381-american-expat-moms/page/2/#findComment-576205 Share on other sites
veryseriousgirl
I have medium length brown hair, will wear a UT sweatshirt for easy identification (and I know notesink!). I also have a red bugaboo and will have a seven-month old boy and nearly three year old girl with me. onefifty
Hi, another American here. 6years in London now, arrived from SF. I've got a 5yo and 2yo and would love to meet up with others. twinsmom
I can't make it this Friday but I would love to meet up. I work full time but normally one day a week from home (this week it is Wed). Is there anyone who would be up for meeting on a weekend? Dr De Soto
Hi, I'd love to meet up. Three days a week during school hours, it'd be my 2, almost 3, year old daughter and me; otherwise it'd be my 9 year old girl and 6 year old boy as well. Weekends are trickier given juggling everyone's schedule. Maybe we could do one of the days you work from home, twinsmom, and see who else can meet up then too. Does a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday work for anyone? Dr De Soto
Hi, weather forecast tomorrow is pretty dire--we could decamp from the Horniman playground to the museum if it is raining. Notesink, VerySeriousGirl and JBoleyn are you all still free about 1 (or 2 in your case VSG)? How's the venue sound? My little girl loves that slide (or used to before she turned in to a total wuss over night).
