I'm a little out of date now

If you start a new job and it's a probationary first 3 months, can the employer say no pension contributions until the probation period is complete? Tia

My experience is that until I?ve hit the end of the probation period I?ve not been enrolled into a company pension. Hope this helps!

I had to wait until after probation - but that was before auto enrollment

Seems like they can postpone for 3 months

Thanks John, I was confused about the auto enrollment too. As you get older these things become more important.............
