I am letting my own home for any dates from December to start of January. Minimum stay is one week and flexible on dates. Its very cosy and homely, with king size bed and double bed. All bills included.

?1800 for a month or ?450 for the week, plus 3 hour cleaner to be paid separately. All bedding and sheets and equipped kitchen. Its an easy move in or short holiday stay for Xmas.

8 mins walk to Forest Hill station. Great transport links.

Close to parks, shops, cafes and bars.

  Agreed, the skate park should remain, especially with all the work those involved have put in to get it up, running and maintaining that enthusiasm.

  Southwark is closing youth centres day centres they’re not going to spend millions on opening a new community space. What that area needs is a good supermarket. The nearest one is Sainsbury’s in Forest Hill. someone else may well know of the mechanism where a council can make a compulsory purchase. So the supermarket underneath with three or four stories of social housing long top built in the same style as the Dulwich estate.Next door.

  I'd also like to recommend Paul! His colleague Damien did a super quick and neat job sorting out a kitchen socket for us which had stopped working.
