Electric oven repair

Hi we have an electric oven that malfunctioning. It is a Bertazzoni and I supsect it's either the top element (seems loose) or the thermostat (will only heat to about 100)


Please get in touch if you can repair or know someone who can! Missing making bread. Good job we have old post office bakery a bike ride away.
