New Shop at 46 Forest Hill Road?

Does anyone know what the former Barbers is becoming at 46 Forest Hill Road? The builders aren't sharing what it's turning into, and they've been working on it for over 7 months!

Apparently it's not rented yet, and no planning applications for a cafe or restaurant.

They had builders in when I walked past this morning and there is now some sort of deck at the front of it, so fairly sure it is rented
