Looking for reliable, excellent cleaner - recommendations please

We need a reliable, thorough cleaner to come and clean our house - 3 hours every 2 weeks on any day that is suitable for them. Personal recommendations required please.

  As a note of recommendation, I did this course in Rye Oak Centre, Peckham and gained so much from it. Was such a lovely, supportive group.
