Hello! Seeking a builder or construction company who is passionate about sustainable construction/retrofitting or Passivhaus or equivalent and looking for an interesting local family home extension project to start ASAP. Any recommendations along these lines welcomed too... has to be experienced or trained in sustainability though. Please pm or post here, Thankyou

  Presumably Social services or similar will turn up at the right house/flat and wonder why no keysafe. And then contact the contractor. Who will swear blind they went to the right house. Or something along these lines.

  Labour won a landslide victory less than 5 months ago. Those demanding ‘another go’, need to grow up. Labour are in for the next 5 years or so, you’ll get your chance then. The petition is embarrassing.
