Hi All,

My name is Victoria and I?m a student studying towards a business economics degree at the University of Greenwich.

I am currently available for babysitting in Dulwich, Herne Hill and surrounding areas.

(I?m open to late notice and full days also). I?ve had a few families contact me regarding after school care, this is something I am open to depending on your needs and my availability.

I've previously worked for six families doing

after school pick up, babysitting and tutoring with children aged 9months - 11 years.

I attended Christ?s hospital school- Horsham where I achieved 7 A grade GCSEs including maths, English literature and language and sciences. I then attended the charter school sixth form achieving 3 Alevels - English literature, Economics and History

I can provide references also.

  The younger (and some older) people have taken an unused unloved space and made it their own. Where do we think young people should go? I was involved in a campaign with a group of younger people a few years ago to get a skate park built. I was so shocked by the backlash and nastiness from a vocal 'adult' few. The young people themselves said that they are told they shouldn't spend all their time on screens and yet when they come together and do something that is physical that involves socialising and positive connection they get slated for it. The skating community is so welcoming and supportive. Come on people - see the bigger picture and the positives. They've made a good place to be out of nothing - they are recycling and building and being creative and social and entrepreneurial. I suggest we reflect on what the real issue is here.   A beer in the garden would have been nice, I'm sure! Mine was a meal inside. I don't remember much about it except that it was horrible.

  Went to the Harvester a couple of times to have a beer in the garden, it was quite popular and had a 'certain' charm.

  I never went in The Grove when it was a pub, but I had a meal there once when it was a Harvester (I used to occasionally be a Mystery Shopper, and I was persuaded to go and have this meal because it was a bank holiday and they couldn't find anyone else to do it.) It was truly horrible. At least I got paid for eating it, albeit not very much, but I think I would have paid not to have to eat it. If it becomes an "affordable" restaurant again, I hope at least it has decent food. Why do "these youngsters" need "adult help" to be enterprising? They aren't six year olds!
