I am a landlord based in Australia so rely on EDF extensively to help with any issues with our property in Herne Hill. I contacted Gerry (McCormick) who came recommended by a couple of people. Gerry responded immediately to my job request. There was a delay in his getting the job done but Gerry to his credit was very apologetic and did not make any excuses (my experience is that this is not always the case). He was professional and gave me updates on when the job was done and any issues (which were resolved).

Trust and being reliable are an important aspect when you are on the other side of the world so recommend Gerry to this community (contact number in case you need it: 07872 303925).

  This is a link to video of cat being stolen in tooting. There was another cat stolen from mitcham around 11th Nov and was found in streatham. Please share this as someone must know the thing that stole her.   Presumably Social services or similar will turn up at the right house/flat and wonder why no keysafe. And then contact the contractor. Who will swear blind they went to the right house. Or something along these lines.

  I have not met a more trust worthy individual to be left in my house to work and to top it off the work he did in our house was excellent.
