Hi Rosie and Gerry, I have a one double bedroom flat on the 1st floor for rent in Altima Court on East Dulwich Road. Fantastic location across the road from the Leisure Centre and Goose Green. The flat faces onto the internal courtyard so is very quiet and it also comes with a secure parking place behind locked gates. The flat has floor to ceiling windows and is very light. Kitchen with integrated Bosch fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine. The bathroom has a large shower. The rent is ?1300 per month which includes water rates, but not electricity or Council Tax. It is actually available from 4 November.
