pecksniff
Hoping that the owner of this dog or their neighbour reads this.Could the owner who has left their dog in the garden of the houses backing onto Melbourne Grove / Derwent Grove (Northside ) please take the animal inside. It's quite concerning that the dog appears to have been left in the garden for most of the day and yelps continuously and is still doing so now. Unfortunately I cannot locate the house this relates to . The same thing happened yesterday. I'll be contacting the RSPCA for assistance. pommie
i dont think the RSPCA will do anything unless the animal is starving/dying etc. Do you not have a noise pollution team?
