A plumber to avoid - Keith

I thought I would share our bad experience to avoid a future disappointment to others.

Keith the plumber (07 717 437 104) came over about 4 months ago to unblock an external drainage. He used a pole, it was a 10 mins job and it costed us about ?30. All good, and we were very happy with the price. Fast forward to this week, the exact same drainage got blocked, again. I contacted Keith, explaining the matter. Keith came over, did the exact same thing with a pole in 10 mins but this time asked for ?70, arguing a '?40 call in charge'. Needless to say that we will not call Keith again, nor will we recommend his services!

My drain was blocked recently & we opened the cover pushed an old mop down it & problem was solved!
