Mysterious speed bump appeared on East Dulwich Rd

A mysterious bulge in the road has appeared overnight eastbound near the bus stop at the roundabout end. I?m guessing it?s caused by a water or gas pipe? Anyone know what it is or how to report it?

Hi all,

Just an update - following the bumps on the road (there was more than one eventually), a pipe burst. Thames Water will be out to look at it in the next five hours. Take care on East Dulwich Road!
