Winter Hypnobirthing - EXTRA DEC date for you

Recommended Posts

Hi there,

If you're pregnant at this time of year, the chilly dark evenings are a wonderful opportunity to get cosy and enjoy some nourishing Hypnobirthing relaxations.

I'm happy to say I've added my new winter Hypnobirthing dates, so you can now book for the following courses:

16th and 17th Nov

14th and 15th Dec

11th and 12th Jan

15th and 16th Feb

14th and 15th March

The tools and techniques you'll learn on the Hypnobirthing Place course will help you sleep better, feel calm and confident and prepare for a positive birth experience. Partners will learn how to actively support you and be part of the process.

My aim is to help you cultivate self belief with kindness and compassion, qualities as important for parenthood as they are for birth.

I've taught hundreds of couples over the past 5 years in and around Dulwich and always love hearing what a difference the course makes, for pregnancy and for birth.

I also donate 10% of profits to charities supporting safe births in developing countries - spreading the good of a positive birth.

I'd love you to get in touch to find out more. Email [email protected] or ring 07989587112.

You can also find out more and book at www.hypnobithingplace.com

Warmest wishes, Zoe

    • A beer in the garden would have been nice, I'm sure! Mine was a meal inside. I don't remember much about it except that it was horrible.
    • Went to the Harvester a couple of times to have a beer in the garden, it was quite popular and had a 'certain' charm.
    • I never went in The Grove when it was a pub, but I had a meal there once when it was a Harvester (I used to occasionally be a Mystery Shopper, and I was persuaded to go and have this meal because it was a bank holiday and they couldn't find anyone else to do it.) It was truly horrible. At least I got paid for eating it, albeit not very much, but I think I would have paid not to have to eat it. If it becomes an "affordable" restaurant again, I hope at least it has decent food. Why do "these youngsters" need "adult help" to be enterprising? They aren't six year olds!
    • At the end of the day, whilst these youngsters have been enterprising presumably with adult help & I also assume no local youth group - the fact remains that it is a prime site fir redevelopment be it a supermarket - Aldi, Lidel whatever or social housing which, let’s be honest here lots  of people need.   Know Idea why has been derelict gor do long anyhow, but somewhere on this site I think there is a problem with who owns it. And let’s not forget the homeless man who slept there - Front on Lordship Lane who had his home destroyed by I assume vandals a couple of years ago.
