Not familiar with the artist I'm afraid but the picture (in case you don't already know) is the North end of Homestall Road as it was a few decades ago.

Yes exactly very very well done you! I was asked to try the EDF because of the use of this picture in the Nunhead Art Trail this coming weekend the 27th to 29th. There's a very very special exhibit on at the golf course right where the picture is
