Ice Scream (Cream) Van on Cyrena Road

How comes the local ice cream van only comes out when it is raining on a Sunday night?

I have been patiently waiting at his routine time of 7pm, the sun is out and not a Mr Whippy in sight!

Appreciate he probably has more offerings than hot dogs and ice cold treats but you expect a certain service for all the days he interrupts songs of praise.

Ice cream vans plying their trade at odd times when people wouldn't normally be out buying ice creams, are often not selling ice creams - wet Sunday evening in - ideal - or is that i deal?

Near Dulwich College on Saturday night at around 1:45am, an ice cream van was hanging around pumping out loud house(?) music. Seemed rather odd.
