It has been suggested that some of the forumites should technically be known as recidivists.

Didn't Snorky first crop up as one of the first individuals encountered in the land of the Houyhnhnms in the Swifitan dystopia "Gulliver's Travels"..? They had a name didn't they?

However this may involve a crisis in the pre-frontal cortex, an area implicated in planning complex cognitive behaviors, personality expression and moderating appropriate social behavior. One may find Dullard a handy moniker for this crazy bunch ;-), although I couldn't possibly comment.

For the rest of us I quite like Edish to rhyme with Swedish rather than reddish, because it's easier to say and of course the Swedish are a good looking nation...

I dunno capt'n, a quick image search for sweedish, and (one of many possibilities I admit) you get this

    • Yes, at first I assumed that the bin men had taken flowering plants from my front garden while getting at my brown food bin, instead of reaching over the wall. I was very confused as I couldn't see any obvious gaps. Surely taking Toadflax from a resident's wall is not part of the council's remit? What next, are they going to come round and trim hedges in front gardens? 🤬
    • Oh, so that was the council.  Someone ripped some lovely flowering Toadflax from our wall and threw it in the gutter.  I assumed that a child had done it.  How strange?
    • Black open bag found on pavement on Goodrich Road this morning filled with electrical type items. Please message me if yours with description of what should be inside. Thanks
