Hi it's Daniel from Dulwich plumbing and heating just wanted to let all my customers know we're working through the new year period. Merry Christmas and happy new year to all my customers and the forum users and the east Dulwich for team. Thanks Daniel

Spending another afternoon working on the bodged job of fitting a bath by these guys. They left a large gap between the bath and the wall so no seal will hold. Grrrr

Edited to add...

Just found out that he did not plumb in the overflow and it's been going onto the floor for nearly a year.

Edited 2 time(s). Last edit was today, 10:54am by Houseoflego.

I also never got my invoice

Given that I contacted you last week and gave you my address this is an odd post. Esp as you replied! Dealing with your company in the past has been unpleasant and difficult so I have hired others to fix your work. Now I have to take the whole panel off I re contacted you..... As you know! I have heard nothing since and have made other arrangements. This thread is to review your workmanship and this is my experience. You contracted work out, did not check the job and were hostile to complaints. I have someone coming to plumb in the overflow this week as just want it fixed without too much stress.

I don't have your address or number contact me on 07852 757 654 and we can speak I don't no why you feel the need to do this on the forum if you have my number.

Call like I said.

It seems a bit ridicules that you've chosen to deal with this in this way.

Thanks Daniel

Although there are some positives..and that's why I opted for this company, there are lots of posts elsewhere on this forum about the appalling "service" delivered by Dulwich Heating and Plumbing. I suggest you do a trawl of those before reaching a final decision about whether to use them. Their behaviour is predatory, dishonest and irresponsible. I am currently pursuing Daniel for work carried out at a rate of ?150 per hour, but which has not actually fixed the leak which he was contracted to do. I have full written documentation from Daniel admitting liability for failure to carry out the work, and undertakings to pay me back the ?150 owed, but which he simply refuses to pay back. I have no other option but to resort to the law to recover my money.

My experience is identical to many others that can be seen elsewhere on this site.

It would be interesting to cost up how much Daniel has cost members of this forum in uncompleted and/or bodged work.

Buyer beeware....personally I wouldn't touch with a bargepole and can not warn strongly enough against this company.

How lovely to hear from you Daniel. You have clearly been too busy to drop me round the ?150 you promised by the end of the month. I suggest you refer back to your texts...unless there are so many people you have promised to reimburse by the end of Deember, you will presumably be able to identify which of your dissatisfied clients I am. If you need to double check you can check how many and from whom hand delivered letters to your registered address you received and maybe clarifiy that way?

Of course you know who I am and what my conplaint is. We have been in correspondence for 6 weeks since you bodged a job at my home. You stall endlessly by asking people to call you and say you will put things right. Well, the first didn't happen, and as you know I've had to pay another plunmber to make good your appalling workmanship.

I note this is a standard response of yours on this forum..one I see you've employed may times before ...to pretend you do not know who is making the complaint and to say you will resolve things once someone calls you. Your attitude is hostile, extremely disingenuous and dishonest. Should you wish to continue this dialogue in public, I am more than happy to..I have copies of all our correspondence and do not take kindly to being patronised and deceived. Your response calls it "ridicules" that I am taking this dispute into a pubic arena and states that you are more than happy to resolve this issue. You have had every opportunity for the past 2 months to solve this issue and have failed todo so. I am furious that you are abusing this forum to make it appear that you are responding reasonably and for the first time, to a customer complaint whan you and I both know I have had to lodge a small claims court claim against you to attempt to bring this matter to a resolution. This is an issue of consumer protection...other users of this site deserve to be made aware of your actions and have full information on your service to inform any choice they may wish to make about using you.

This is a business which lies and cheats and owes money. Do not use them. Report them to watchdog and trading standards. Can't believe admin lets them continue their bullshit one posts on here. Do not use Dulwich Plumbing & Heating. Use a qualified heating engineer when gas is involved.

My experience with this company, in contrast with the vilifying messages above, has been excellent.

Daniel (07852757654) has been committed and dedicated to providing a brilliant service every time I called him over the past year.

His work has been great and his team have always been polite, punctual, tidy and efficient. Can't complain about his prices either.

Many thanks Daniel and all the best for 2014. I rate you and your team highly and will continue to use you in 2014.

Another recommendation for Daniel.

He has fitted a new kitchen sink unit for me it looks lovely.

He came after a short notice and the job was done in a few hours for very good price.

Thank you Daniel I will be calling you back for some tilling work in the bathroom and the shower room.

Eagles and seagulls have also been seen on large numbers in the area.  I'd keep away as it could be carnage. Certainly watch your ice cream cornets and perhaps wear ear plugs. Not sure if this is anything to do with the local authority or the Labour government, no doubt someone will find a link.
