I'd be very surprised if Dulwich Estates allowed a KFC, it would be an eyesore at the least, can't think of another spot though and where are they putting a Camberwell Drive-Thru?!

This seems a VERY long list of new branches, I'm taking it with a pinch of salt (as well as the other 10 secret herbs and spices)at the moment.

Oh lord

In these days of obesity and people being encouraged to eat healthy to stop the obesity /diabetes time bomb do we really need more fast food outlets ?

I guess each to their own but I hope this doesn't come to pass or that the council take a dim view on planning applications

It was in the past a Drive to destination with its huge car-park. Which used to be choker.

Drink driving laws and people's awareness of the dangers of drink driving

makes the place as a pub unviable.

Cannot see it re-opening as a pub. Although Not another pub nearby. Perhaps that's why.

This ^. The traffic there is a nightmare already. A drive through is unlikely to help matters.

    • I hope witnesses are phoning 999 to report a crime in progress.
    • Under Section 3 of Criminal Law Act 1967 ANY PERSON may use such force as necessary in the prevention of crime or assisting in the arrest of offenders or suspected offenders. Key message is the force used must be proportionate.  Sadly many of these offenders carry knives (such as the two who stabbed people in Bishopsgate when bystanders intervened. The offenders were subsequently tracked down but it might have been a murder enquiry but for a few millimetres.) Therefore robust action should only be taken if you are confident. As per the previous post, your actions will be scrutinised but could be completely lawful.
    • And at about 8 I saw a phone being snatched on Grove Vale-as well as horrible for the victim it was incredibly dangerous.  Bike rider rode along pavement at high speed and then continued on to cut into road in equally dangerous manner
    • Leon is a fantastic electrician. He's recently done a couple of jobs for us during a renovation. He's done them brilliantly. The standard of the work is exceptional - we've had some other electricians in who haven't done anywhere near as great a job. Also, he's brilliant at communicating about the job at hand in a clear and concise way. Would highly recommend!
