My EDF account has been blocked - help!

Hi there, my account has been blocked - not sure why. I don't use the EDF very often but I did want to post a couple of items this week. I tried attaching images to draft posts but nothing happened and then I got a message stating that my account has been blocked. Can you help? A huge thanks in advance....

Your account is still active, it is not blocked.
